FROM THE FOUNDER
I collapsed 200 metres from the finish line.
Cairns, 2023. Perfect training block. Carried off the course anyway. What I worked out afterwards is the reason Pulse exists.

THE PART THAT MADE ME ANGRY
The products didn't fail me. They did exactly what they were built to do.
I did everything right. Trained for months. Followed the plan. Used the products everyone uses.
Then my body shut down 200 metres from the line. Dehydration and under-fueling. One minute I'm chasing a PB, the next I'm in the medical tent asking what happened.
So I went looking. I turned every tub and sachet in my cupboard around and actually read the labels.
Underdosed electrolytes. A pinch of sodium dressed up as "hydration". Cheap maltodextrin that sits in your gut like cement at race pace. Artificial sweeteners that finish the job. Doses hidden inside proprietary blends so you can't see how little you're getting.
None of it was built for people who race. It was built for margins.
I couldn't find what I needed in Australia. So I made it in my kitchen, dosed it off the actual sweat-loss numbers, and tested it on myself until it held up at race pace. That's Pulse.
SINCE THE COLLAPSE
Cairns. The collapse.
2:58 Melbourne Marathon. First sub-3.
2:49 Gold Coast Marathon.
4:33 Ironman 70.3. Sunshine Coast is next, this September.
Every one of them fueled on Pulse. I race on what I make. That's the whole pitch.
WHAT I MAKE
Three products. Why I made each one, and when I take it.
Endurance Fuel $82.50
WHY I MADE IT
This is the collapse product. The fuels I'd trusted either bonked me or wrecked my gut, and reading the labels told me why: cheap carbs and hidden doses. Endurance Fuel uses HBCD carbs and Himalayan Pink Salt, and every dose is printed on the tub.
WHEN I TAKE IT
Anything over 90 minutes. In the bottle before long runs and rides, sipped steadily through the session. It's what's in my race bottles at every start line above.

0% of surveyed users reported gut issues. 0% reported a crash.

Hydration Sticks $68.50
WHY I MADE IT
Everything on the shelf was either candy with colours or a pinch of salt in fancy packaging. Neither replaces what you actually sweat out. One stick is dosed off real sweat-loss numbers, not a marketing budget.
WHEN I TAKE IT
Training days and hot days. One in the morning water through big weeks, one during long or sweaty sessions. In Far North Queensland heat, non-negotiable.
500MG SODIUM · 200MG POTASSIUM · 70MG MAGNESIUM · NO ADDED SUGAR
88% of customers who came from another brand say Pulse tastes better.

Creatine Monohydrate $45
WHY I MADE IT
The most researched supplement in sport, and brands still manage to ruin it with fillers and blends. Ours is one ingredient: pure micronised creatine monohydrate. That's the entire label.
WHEN I TAKE IT
One scoop, every morning, year round. Training day or not. It's for endurance athletes as much as gym athletes; that research is why I started taking it.

DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT
We surveyed our customers and told them to give it to us straight.
It's the best. Easy on the stomach, energy lasts, no bonking and never too sweet.
By far the best product I've used. The easiest on my stomach.
No more crashing out in the afternoons.
Start where I'd tell a mate to start.
