Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pulse Nutrition, we back the quality of our products and want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your first order of any Pulse Nutrition consumable product for any reason, including taste, gut response, or simply finding it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will offer a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee:

  • Applies to first-time purchases of each product only (one satisfaction guarantee claim per product, per customer).
  • Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Purchased directly from pulsenutritionau.com.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return is appreciated but not mandatory.

You do not need to return the product for satisfaction guarantee claims. We trust you.

2) 30-Day Returns (Unopened products)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for change of mind on unopened products. 

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (tamper seal intact).
  • Purchased directly from pulsenutritionau.com.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly.

Email info@pulsenutritionau.com with:

  • Full name and order number
  • Date received
  • Product(s) in question
  • Short description of the issue (and photos if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

4) How to Start a Return

Email info@pulsenutritionau.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions (and a prepaid label if the item is faulty/incorrect).

Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

5) Costs & Conditions

  • For satisfaction guarantee claims: no return required. Refund of store credit processed on request. 
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage.
  • For faulty/incorrect items, we cover return postage.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • We recommend trackable postage for returns.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days and email you a confirmation. Banks can take additional time to post the credit.

7) Missing or Delayed Orders

Check your tracking first. If you still can’t locate your parcel, email info@pulsenutritionau.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.

8) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumable products, unless covered by the satisfaction guarantee (see Section 1) or faulty (see Section 3).
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (where marked)

9) Exchanges

Fastest option: return the item (per above) and place a new order for what you’d like instead.

10) Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
