I've always been a big fan of pulse's endurance fuel and was very stoked when Alex launched the hydration sticks. Gave them a go the other day and they tasted real good! I'm not usually a lemonade guy but not only are the ingredients on point, but it doesn't taste artificial and too sweet like other brands.

It's also convenient because they come in a disposable package and I've always got a couple stocked as part of my EDC kit.

The hydration stick are amazing. I have one everyday to keep me hydrated and keep up the electrolytes, especially during big training blocks.

As a new runner training for my first marathon it's difficult to know which products are worth your money. I've been using Endurance Fuel before my longer runs and it has honestly levelled up my longer runs and keeps me fresher for much longer with no stomach cramps. Highly recommend.
