As someone who has always struggled to fuel pre race or training due to stomach upset, I have found pulse my absolute game changer. Its clean fuel with no nasties and extremely palatable. Pulse is such a great tasting endurance fuel that also provides adequate sodium for longer runs. It has been great in my training runs, especially in our extremely hot & humid conditions, where I don’t have to top up with any salt tablets. I am also very pleased that I have not had any gut issues at all, like I have had in the past with other products. I drink this also daily to keep hydrated prior to training sessions, so I am prepared and ready to get the best out of each session.

Endurance fuel has been unreal! I use it on long runs, strength training and Hyrox training. Always have it about 30mins before a workout and it has been very beneficial in keeping me fuelled and training at my best!!
